Exchanges and Refunds
Our aim is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from NEK webshop. If you are not entirely satisfied with the product you received, we offer you the option of exchanging or refunding it under the following conditions:
- Product Exchange: The product can be exchanged for another within the legal period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment, provided it is undamaged and unused. The cost of returning the product is borne by the buyer. The buyer may, but is not obliged to, state the reasons for the exchange.
- Defects and Deviations: In the event that the product deviates from the specified specifications or has any defects, we undertake to replace it with a functional one. All costs associated with replacement are borne by our store. Please note that the warranty does not apply in cases of defects resulting from improper use.
- Size Exchange: If you wish to exchange the product for a different size, we promise to make the exchange if that size is in stock. If the product is not available, we will offer you an alternative product of your choice with any necessary additional payment or refund.
- Refund: If product exchange is not possible, or if you no longer want the product, we offer you the option of a refund. The cost of returning the product is borne by the buyer.
For all valid complaints, the seller covers all transportation costs.
